5 km Park Point Course
Aid stations will be at 1.25 km and 3 km. Be careful to stay on the trail as there is some poisen ivy in places, so be careful passing and wear long socks if worried
15 km Superior Hiking Trail Course
Park near the zoo, racers are bussed to the starting line and finish outside the zoo.
Aid stations will be at 3.65 km (Skyline station), 6 km (Skyline station #2), and 9.41 km (Spirit Mt parking lot off Grand), and 11.25 km (Spirit Mt off of Puker Trail) which is followed by huge climb and then downhill to zoo. Everyone must run with a water bottle in this race.
